WELCOME CRAFT & SERVICE VENDORS! Tico Time Bluegrass Festival is actively searching for vendors who are interested in displaying and selling their products or services. With an expected attendance of 2-3 thousand festival goers, the majority of whom will be camping on-site for three days, this event presents an exceptional opportunity to generate income and showcase your offerings to a captive audience.
MAIN STAGE AREA VENDOR FEE: $650 – 10X10′. Premium placement includes (1) one-weekend festival pass and a 20% discount for additional tickets. Space for a 10X10’ booth in the concert bowl area + car camp with 1 vehicle behind the booth. 110v power for basic needs like LED lights provided, not motors, stoves, heaters, etc.).* Vehicles & trailers must be less than 8’ wide to cross the bridge.
GENERAL PLACEMENT VENDOR FEE: $500 – 10X10′. Includes (1) one-weekend festival pass. 20% off additional tickets. Space for a 10X10’ booth. East side of the bridge; somewhat near the main stage. Car camping is included (near your booth, but not behind your booth). *Vehicles & trailers must be less than 8’ wide to cross the bridge.
SMALL CRAFT VENDOR FEE: $400 – WEST FOOD COURT OR OTHER PLACEMENT. Includes (1) one-weekend festival pass. 20% off additional tickets. Space for a 10X10’ booth. West side of the bridge near the Food Court area. Car camping is included (near your booth, but not behind your booth).
ADDITIONAL WRISTBANDS AT 20% OFF: These be accessible via a discount code provided to you after your application has been approved and payment made.
SALES TAX, LICENSES, AND PERMITS: Each vendor will be responsible for paying their own NM Gross Receipts Tax. Vendors are required to obtain all licenses and permits required.
MAIN STAGE VENDING LOCATION: If your vending area is located on the MAIN STAGE side of the property, you must cross an 8′ wide bridge over the Animas River. Single axle vehicles only, 8’ wide max. You may park/camp (1) one vehicle behind the booth for the entire festival. Vendors will be charged additional fees for any additional space required by the vendor. Vendors may only cross the bridge one time to get your belongings to the vending area. *** Vehicle crossing during the festival is prohibited***.
SCHEDULE: Vendors may arrive Wednesday after 1pm or Thursday morning and must be fully set up by 3pm on Thursday. Vendors may depart no earlier than 7AM Monday morning.
LEAVE-NO-TRACE: Tico Time Bluegrass is a leave-no-trace event. Be sure to pack out everything you brought in. Vendors that leave waste will not be asked to return.
PRESENTATION: The vending location must be professional, attractive to guests, clean, and structurally sound. No gifting or selling candy or items with wrappers to avoid additional trash.
POWER PROVIDED: 110-volt power will be provided ( no heavy loads, small power loads only, for LED lights etc). Vendor must supply their own power cords.
HIGHWIND: Booths MUST be securely staked or weighted for HIGHWIND. Vendor booths that ignore this requirement will not be allowed to participate in the future.
RULES: Festival policies must be followed and are on the FAQ page at www.TicoTimeBluegrass.com. No dogs are allowed on festival grounds or left in vehicles.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED and notices of acceptance or not will sent out well in advance of the event. Accepted applicants must sign the provided contract and make the payment to secure their spot.
