WELCOME FOOD VENDORS! Tico Time Bluegrass is actively searching for high-quality food vendors who are interested in selling their products at the festival. With an expected attendance of 2-3 thousand attendees, the majority of whom will be camping on-site for three days, this event presents an exceptional opportunity to generate income and showcase your offerings. Food vendors from previous events of this expected size have grossed between 10-30K per event. We encourage you to take advantage of this unique opportunity to present your products to a captive audience. Space is limited, apply below.
FOOD VENDOR FEE – Large. $1250. Food trucks or 10X20. Includes (2) two tickets. 20% off additional tickets. 30/50 Amp 220v power access. Potable water accesss.
FOOD VENDOR FEE- Small. $750. 10X10 space. Includes (1) one ticket. 20% off additional tickets. 120 Volt power access. Potable water access.
STAFF AND ARTIST’S MEAL PROGRAM. A limited amount of “Tico Bucks” (for key artists and staff only) will be distributed at the event. Tico Bucks will be valued at $1 each. Staff and artists can use them as money to purchase meals from you. At the end of the event you will be reimbursed for 60% of the Tico Bucks you have. This is a requirement for participating as a food vendor at this event.
FOOD VENDORS REQUIRE a Business License, EIN#, and Proof of insurance.
UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED TO IN WRITING food vendors can not sell beverages of any kind. All beverages will be sold by the festival concessions.
ADDITIONAL WRISTBANDS at 20% off: These be accessible via a discount code provided to you after your application has been approved and payment made.
SALES TAX, Licenses, and Permits: Each vendor will be responsible for paying their own NM Gross Receipts Tax. Vendors are required to obtain all licenses and permits required.
VENDING LOCATION: Large vendors will be placed in the food court area. Smaller vendors will be placed in food court or pavilion stage areas. Placement will be determined well in advance of the event.
SCHEDULE: Vendors may arrive Wednesday after 1pm or Thursday morning and must be fully set up by 3pm on Thursday. Vendors may depart no earlier than 7AM Monday morning. If the vendor is selling at multiple events, they may remain set up between events.
LEAVE NO TRACE: Tico Time Bluegrass is a leave-no-trace event. Be sure to pack out everything you brought in. Vendors that leave waste will not be asked to return. No gifting or selling candy or items with wrappers to avoid additional trash.
PRESENTATION: The vending location must be professional, attractive to guests, clean, and structurally sound.
POWER: Large vendors will have access to 50 or 30-amp power. Small vendors will have access to 110 power. Vendor must supply their own power cords.
HIGHWIND: Booths MUST be securely staked or weighted for HIGHWIND. Vendor booths that ignore this requirement will not be allowed to participate in the future.
RULES: All rules, restrictions, etc. shown on the festival website, and the Ticketing Page must be adhered to. No dogs are allowed on festival grounds or left in vehicles.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED, and notices of acceptance or not will be sent out well in advance of the event. Accepted applicants must sign the provided contract and make the payment to secure their spot.
